We work with both standard and exotic materials including inconel®, titanium, plastic, stainless steel 300-400 series, 17-4 ph stainless, both steel and aluminum castings, brass, bronze, copper, aluminum/bronze, AMPCO #8 and AMPCO #21.

In order to offer our customers a full service response to their needs, Superior Metal fabricators, Inc. long ago developed an outstanding expertise in prototyping, sheet metal fabrication and short run Machining to serve all of our customers requirements.
Through the use of the most modern equipment available such as lasers and hydraulic CNC equipment and NC press brakes we can hold tight tolerances on your products. This allows our customers to go to one source for all of their sheet metal requirements.
Superior Metal Fabrication, Inc. can build to your design. All specifications are met by purchasing the necessary materials and by having the capability to cut, machine, drill, assemble, weld and inspect as required. The fabrication possibilities could include just about anything.
CAD Department –
Utilizing our CAD/CAM stations, we are able to produce tool paths from surface data, blue prints, templates, sketches or reverse engineering. Our “nesting software” calculates the maximum yield of parts per sheet, leaving a minimal amount of scrap. |

Welding Process –
The welding processes used by Superior are Pulse Spray Gas Metal Arc Welding (PSGMAW) and the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding processes. The PSGMAW process is used for the vast majority of overlay volume and offers the optimum combination of application speed, low heat input and consistent quality. Superior's overlay systems based on the TIG welding process provide the advantage of miniaturized equipment systems for application in very small openings and nozzles (as small as 1 inch).
